where the wild things are.....

So Henry has gotten into the Wild Things book & when he said he would be Max for Hween, I was so excited-especially when I realized Ruthie would make the PERFECT wild thing. She is always growling and roaring & is so not scared of anything.

 Had to take a pic of just their costumes in case they backed out of wearing them. Got Ruthie's hat from Etsy & the rest I pieced together with felt-found shirt at Old Navy.

 In my Wild Thing excitement, I did Netflix the Wild Things movie & couldn't even finish it (and I finish most movies). Oh well.

a little largen halloween spirit. These are some wreaths I made-couldn't wait to get them up I do love Halloween. Do hate the scary movie previews on tv though. I wish I was doing a Halloween party this year, just don't think I can swing it. 

chair makeover

Not a big on furniture re-do's. Don't have the patience for it. But I made use of this sad little chair that has been living in our garage. I spray painted the leather on it and sanded down the metal legs. I'm the queen of starting and not finishing projects, so I had to share!!!
